Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Canada (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business day
We provide free shipping on orders over $30.00 on most items. However, some items do have shipping charges which are set by the suppliers. These items are indicated within the product descriptions.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking to update after your shipment notification.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@windsongcollections.ca and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
