What We Accept
We accept return requests for the following reasons:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received the wrong item
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind. For sizing and fit returns, return shipping to Windsong Collections is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@windsongcollections.ca with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and any defects
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in its original condition, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@windsongcollections.ca.
If your return is due to a defective or damaged item, or being sent the wrong item, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For returns due to personal preference or sizing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return, please contact us at info@windsongcollections.ca.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@windsongcollections.ca.
